About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest service, strong leadership skills, and the ability to efficiently oversee all front office operations within a 4/5-star Hospitality environment, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
The Assistant Front Office Manager will supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, and transportation. Core responsibilities include ensuring high guest satisfaction, managing complaints, overseeing online reviews, and maintaining brand reputation. They will also train, supervise, and motivate the front office team, and manage duty rosters and operational reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, and transportation.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and manage complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee online reviews, maintain brand reputation, and work to improve overall rankings.
- Train, supervise, and motivate front office team members to uphold service excellence.
- Manage duty rosters, room allocations, and daily operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of managerial experience in Front Office operations within a 4/5-star hotel (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Opera PMS is required.
- Proven leadership abilities in fast-paced hotel environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and guest-handling capabilities.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
