About the Role:
Zanaya Shipping is seeking fresh talent to join their team in Sajaa, UAE, as an Operations Coordinator. We are looking for an eager-to-learn individual, fluent in English, who is ready to assist in the daily operations of shipping and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
The Operations Coordinator will assist in daily freight forwarding operations. Duties include replying to customer enquiries, preparing basic quotations, and crucial coordination with shipping lines, airlines, sub-agents, and customers. The role also requires supporting documentation, SI submissions, customs clearance, and general data entry/job file management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily freight forwarding operations.
- Reply to customer enquiries and provide basic support.
- Prepare quotations as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, sub-agents & customers.
- Assist with SI submissions, documentation, and customs clearance.
- Support data entry, record keeping, and job file management.
Requirements:
- Male candidate only (mandatory).
- Graduate or diploma holder (any field).
- Freshers welcome – 1–2 years experience in logistics is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Hindi preferred.
