HR Operations Officer – TECOM, Dubai, UAE

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Officer to join our team in TECOM, Dubai. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth HR processes and full compliance with local regulations, specifically within the TECOM Freezone.

Key Responsibilities:

The HR Operations Officer will manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee record maintenance, and visa management. A primary responsibility is ensuring full compliance with TECOM Freezone regulations and UAE labor laws. The role involves maintaining accurate HR documentation, assisting in implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with department heads to address HR inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee record maintenance, and visa management.
• Ensure full compliance with TECOM Freezone regulations and UAE labor laws.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports to support management decision-making.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related inquiries.
• Support day-to-day HR activities with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of UAE-based HR operations experience (mandatory).
• Hands-on exposure to TECOM Freezone visa and labor regulations.
• Deep understanding of TECOM HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice availability will be preferred.
