Visual Merchandiser – Fashion
About the Role:
Nesto Group UAE is hiring a creative and skilled Visual Merchandiser to oversee the Fashion category. This role requires a strong sense of style and a keen eye for market trends to design appealing visual displays that enhance customer engagement and drive sales across the stores. Filipino nationals are preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
The Visual Merchandiser will develop and implement visually compelling merchandising plans for the Fashion section. Duties include creating displays that align with brand identity, current fashion trends, and seasonal campaigns. The role requires monitoring sales performance to adjust strategies for optimal product visibility and collaborating with store managers and marketing teams to ensure cohesive presentation and high standards of store aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visually compelling merchandising plans for the Fashion section across stores.
- Create displays that align with the brand’s identity, current fashion trends, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and turnover.
- Collaborate with store managers, marketing teams, and product buyers.
- Provide training and guidance to store staff on visual merchandising practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally within the fashion industry.
- Strong creative flair and the ability to translate trends into effective in-store displays.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Filipino nationals are preferred for this position.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
