About the Role:
Elite Promo Marketing Management is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant in Dubai to oversee all financial operations. This role involves managing fixed and variable payments, bank deposits, budgeting, and comprehensive compliance. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The Accountant will prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Key duties include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, monitoring cash flow, and preparing financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual). The role is vital for processing payroll with UAE labour law compliance and handling VAT calculations and filing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Process payroll ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws.
- Handle VAT calculations, filing, and related documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
- Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and manage bank transactions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5–8 years of UAE-based accounting experience in a similar role (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or equivalent).
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
