Document Controller – CRM
About the Role:
Dhofar Global, a trusted provider of hygiene and cleaning solutions in Sharjah, is hiring a Document Controller (CRM). This role is crucial for maintaining and managing all customer data, documentation, and communication logs within the company’s CRM system, ensuring high accuracy and secure storage for client relationships and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
The Document Controller will be responsible for CRM Data Entry and Maintenance, including updating client information, managing documentation (contracts, invoices), and assisting in generating data reports. They will ensure compliance with data protection policies and work closely with sales and marketing to ensure data consistency. The role also involves supporting office operations and helping to improve data handling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage customer data and documentation in the company’s CRM system.
- Handle daily CRM data entry tasks, update client records, and ensure accuracy standards are met.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure data is synchronized and consistent.
- Ensure all documentation (contracts, invoices) complies with data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Identify areas for data handling process improvement and support administrative teams.
Requirements:
- 1 Year experience in a similar documentation or administrative role.
- Strong familiarity with CRM tools and data accuracy principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and ability to work with commercial and back-office teams.
