Key Responsibilities:

The Head of Primary will lead and inspire teaching teams, overseeing the implementation of the UK Curriculum. Core duties include ensuring high standards of learning, contributing to the overall success of the school, and taking accountability for the primary section’s academic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire teaching teams within the Primary section.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, specifically within a UK Curriculum framework.
• Ensure high standards of learning and academic excellence are maintained.
• Contribute to the overall success and strategic direction of the school.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in a UK Curriculum school (mandatory).
• KHDA approval is mandatory.
• Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or relevant qualifications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant university degree with an educational qualification.
• Proven track record of success in high-performing educational institutions.
• Strong proficiency in English.
