About the Role:
EL&N London is searching for an energetic Steward to ensure kitchen cleanliness and smooth back-of-house operations for its new Marina Mall outlet in Abu Dhabi. This role is essential for maintaining hygiene and supporting the culinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Handle dishwashing and sterilization of cutlery, crockery, and equipment.
- Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of kitchen premises.
- Support the culinary team with smooth back-of-house operational needs.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in stewarding or kitchen cleaning is preferred.
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene protocols and food safety rules.
- Energy and ability to perform reliably in a demanding back-of-house role.
