Clinic Manager – Dubai, UAE | Healthcare / JLT

About the Role:

A rapidly growing medical facility in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, is looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee every operational and strategic aspect of the clinic’s performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for operational management and financial oversight, including P&L handling and revenue growth planning.
• Ensure strict compliance with all UAE health regulations and licensing requirements (DHA, MOH, etc.).
• Lead business development, outreach initiatives, marketing efforts, and community engagement.
• Manage, train, and supervise multi-disciplinary clinical and administrative teams.
• Optimize billing processes and ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in managing a UAE-based clinic is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks (DHA/MOH/HAAD).
• Proven ability to lead teams through operational and strategic challenges.
• Qualification in Healthcare Administration or a related field is preferred.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: AED 10,000 to 15,000, based on UAE-specific experience.
