Business Development Manager – Dubai, UAE | Canadian Piling

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our construction services team in Dubai. The successful candidate will focus on growing the company’s client base, securing new contracts, and nurturing long-term relationships across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present proposals and commercial offers that reflect project requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to align commercial proposals with delivery capacity.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy and opportunity pipelines.
• Attend industry events and represent the company professionally to generate leads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the construction sector (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets; CRM experience is a plus.
