Off-Plan Property Consultant – Dubai, UAE | Place Mint

About the Role:

We are recruiting Off-Plan Property Consultants to work with pre-qualified leads, participate in international roadshows, and represent leading developers in Dubai. This is a commission-only role that rewards high performers with an aggressive earnings structure.

• High-Earning Commission Structure: Generous split plans (50/50 on company leads, 70/30 on personal leads).
• High-Quality Leads: Receive 1–3 pre-qualified leads daily and opportunities for international roadshows.
• Full Support: Professional marketing (videography, photography, portal listings), company driver for client meetings, laptop, phone, and SIM card provided.
• Training: Comprehensive internal training, RERA accreditation support, and developer-led product training (suitable for freshers with sales experience).
• Visa Support: Employment visa provided after closing your first deal.

Requirements:

• Open to experienced off-plan agents or freshers with a strong sales background.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Confident, presentable, highly motivated, and target-driven.
• UAE experience not mandatory. Immediate joiners are preferred.
