About the Role:
Park Regis Business Bay Hotel is seeking a skilled and dedicated General Technician to join their Engineering Team. This role is crucial for maintaining hotel facilities and ensuring all operations run smoothly and safely. Immediate joiners currently in Dubai are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance for guest rooms and hotel facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Assist with daily engineering operations while strictly adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities.
- Support the engineering team during emergency breakdowns.
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality or facility maintenance; hotel experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately (mandatory).
