Project Manager – Abu Dhabi, UAE | S.S. Lootah Contracting

About the Role:

S.S. Lootah Contracting is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and supervise major construction projects across Abu Dhabi. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring every phase is executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within the pioneering S.S. Lootah Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and oversee construction projects from initial concept through final delivery.
• Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, monitoring performance against targets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project flow.
• Manage procurement activities and ensure full compliance with safety protocols and local regulations.
• Lead periodic project meetings, deliver progress reports, and implement risk management strategies.
• Address technical challenges and operational issues as they occur on site.

Requirements – Must Have:

• 12+ years of hands-on construction project experience (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Valid Abu Dhabi equivalency certificate (mandatory).
• Deep understanding of construction techniques, materials, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
