Pricing and Procurement Executive – Dubai, UAE | Asian Tiger Shipping

About the Role:

Asian Tiger Shipping is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing and Procurement Executive to join their BLD Department (ISO Tank) in Dubai. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to manage vendor relationships, implement pricing strategies, and optimize procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and select carriers, trucking companies, and vendors, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and competitive pricing.
• Pricing Strategy: Analyze market trends and company data to develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability and competitiveness.
• Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance against contracts and KPIs, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized procurement and pricing records.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Only candidates with experience in the Shipping Agency and Freight Forwarding industry will be considered (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant systems.
