About the Role:
Scientechnic is seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer – Fire & Life Safety (FLS) to join their team in Dubai. This role involves leading the commissioning and validating of FLS systems (Fire Alarm, Voice Evacuation, Emergency Lighting) across major regional projects, ensuring systems operate at top efficiency and comply with all standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead commissioning activities for Fire & Life Safety systems, including system integration and performance testing.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and UAE Civil Defense authorities for compliance.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and prepare comprehensive commissioning reports and technical documentation.
- Support final handover processes and provide essential client operational training.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of solid hands-on experience in FLS commissioning (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of NFPA, UAE Fire Code, and related standards.
- Familiarity with major FLS brands (Honeywell, Siemens, Notifier, etc.).
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Must be based in Dubai or ready to relocate.
