About the Role:
Grand Mercure Abu Dhabi – Majlis Residences (Accor) is seeking a hands-on Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team, upholding Grand Mercure service standards and the Accor Heartist® spirit. You will oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional, personalized guest experiences.
Your Mission:
- Lead, train, and inspire the Front Office team, focusing on local culture and authenticity.
- Oversee operations including reception, guest relations, and concierge services.
- Ensure personalized VIP handling and attention to guest preferences upon arrival.
- Drive guest satisfaction, manage service quality, and handle guest challenges with empathy and proactive service recovery.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally and support financial targets through monitoring performance and upselling initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a hotel setting (mandatory).
- Background with Accor or other international hospitality brands is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera Cloud preferred).
- Professional, welcoming, and solution-oriented Heartist® attitude.
