About the Role:

EVA Beach Restaurant on Palm Jumeirah is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations. This hands-on role requires a solid background in hospitality finance to manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting while leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasts and cost control.
• Monitor daily/monthly financial performance, analyze variances, and prepare timely P&L reports.
• Implement and maintain robust cash handling, purchasing, and inventory controls.
• Work closely with operations to optimize food and beverage costs and menu profitability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations; support external audits.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong background in hospitality or F&B finance (restaurant or hotel experience highly valued).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Professional accounting qualifications are preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
