Media Relations Specialist – Dubai, UAE | Index

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce clear, polished content in Arabic and English (press releases, feature articles, speeches, editorials, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, news agencies, and other media stakeholders across the UAE and beyond.
• Pitch stories, coordinate media interviews, and manage press briefings and media events.
• Monitor media coverage, prepare reports, and share insights to shape PR strategy.
• Support campaign planning, messaging development, and rapid response / crisis communication.

Ideal Profile:

• Native or near-native Arabic proficiency and excellent written English (mandatory).
• Strong experience in media relations or PR, with demonstrable media placements.
• Well-connected with UAE media and comfortable liaising with international outlets.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
