Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily admin tasks including email management, calendar scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, summaries and status updates in digital formats for management.
- Assist with general office operations and provide reliable support to senior staff.
- Ensure smooth daily workflow across the wider team by coordinating tasks and follow-ups.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors and partners.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Immediate joiner (mandatory).
