Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily admin tasks including email management, calendar scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, summaries and status updates in digital formats for management.
  • Assist with general office operations and provide reliable support to senior staff.
  • Ensure smooth daily workflow across the wider team by coordinating tasks and follow-ups.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors and partners.

Requirements:
