Job Description:

The Biology Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons for upper primary students, maintain effective classroom management, assess student progress, and contribute to curriculum development and school initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver well-structured Biology lessons aligned with curriculum objectives.
  • Use differentiated instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and a focused learning environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
  • Integrate educational technology and innovative teaching methods.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, mentoring, and school improvement activities.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and parent–teacher communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology/Zoology.
  • Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
  • Strong classroom management, curriculum design, and student mentoring skills.
  • Ability to integrate technology into lessons and adapt modern pedagogical methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MOE Equivalency Certificate and UAE Teaching License preferred.
