Job Description:
The Parent Relations / Attendance & Activities Officer will manage parent communications, oversee student attendance procedures, coordinate extracurricular activities, and ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to parent enquiries and communications professionally and timely.
- Oversee daily student attendance procedures and follow up on absences.
- Coordinate extracurricular activities, clubs, and school trips, ensuring smooth planning and execution.
- Engage with the Parent Council and support events that strengthen parent–school relationships.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and ADEK (or relevant authority) requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Diploma / Certificate in relevant field.
- Organized, professional, and passionate about supporting students and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate school activities efficiently.
