About the Role:
Own the territory sales strategy, nurture distributor partnerships, and drive measurable revenue growth. This senior, hands-on role involves building sales plans, coaching field teams, and representing the company during customer and distributor meetings across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Build and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Distributor Management: Nurture partnerships and manage distributor performance.
- Team Leadership: Coach or lead field teams where applicable.
- Client Relations: Represent the company during customer meetings.
- Travel: Travel across the UAE and potentially beyond to meet clients and partners.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in fertilizer or agrochemical sales (leadership experience preferred).
- Strong, demonstrable B2B and distributor relationships across the UAE.
- Solid background in agribusiness with a clear understanding of market and product applications.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ready to start immediately or within 30 days.
