Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software solutions.
- Set up new users, manage passwords, and enforce security protocols.
- Provide clear and effective technical support to employees.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new IT systems and technologies.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration and Active Directory is a plus.
- Strong general computer skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Motivated, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic IT team.
