Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software solutions.
  • Set up new users, manage passwords, and enforce security protocols.
  • Provide clear and effective technical support to employees.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new IT systems and technologies.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration and Active Directory is a plus.
  • Strong general computer skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic IT team.
