Recruitment Specialist – Dubai, UAE | DRL Marketing Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the UAE, from job posting to offer stage.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and selection criteria.
• Post vacancies, manage inbound applications, and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
• Maintain the ATS and candidate records.
• Ensure recruitment practices align with UAE labour laws and internal policy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in the UAE (Mandatory).
• Fluent in Hindi (Mandatory).
• Must currently be based in Dubai.
• Strong familiarity with major job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Experience with ATS platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
