Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, delivering a friendly welcome.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences using the Front Office systems (PMS).
- Respond to guest enquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate room assignments.
- Share accurate information about hotel services and local attractions (e.g., Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, ADNEC).
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office or customer service roles; hotel experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office systems (PMS), check-in/check-out procedures, and basic cashiering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Positive attitude, professional grooming standards, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
