Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and IT systems.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for users both onsite and remotely.
- Manage IT assets across office locations and project sites.
- Create Active Directory accounts, join machines to the domain, and perform routine software deployments.
- Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office suites, antivirus tools, and ERP applications.
- Install and activate engineering/design applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop.
- Perform structured cabling tasks (CAT6), including crimping and cable testing.
- Carry out basic network tasks involving switches, hubs, and firewalls.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for ELV systems (Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control).
Requirements:
- Practical experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong troubleshooting ability and clear communication skills.
- Comfortable working in both office environments and on project sites.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
