Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client inquiries, track shipments, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth logistics processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, shipment statuses, and service issues.
