Job Description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, emails, schedules, and appointments efficiently.
- Handle general administrative duties and provide day-to-day office support.
- Assist management with routine operational and coordination tasks.
- Organize meetings, prepare correspondence, and ensure smooth communication flow.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Work Schedule & Timings:
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
