• Manage enquiries through phone calls, messages, and timely follow-ups (tele-calling activities).
• Maintain clear, professional, and persuasive communication with prospective students.
• Assist candidates throughout the admissions and documentation process.
• Work towards achieving assigned counselling and enrollment targets.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil is mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
