Job Description:

As the Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will oversee recruitment operations, design scalable hiring strategies, and collaborate closely with senior management to align talent acquisition with the company’s long-term growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process — from job posting and sourcing to final selection and onboarding.
  • Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define workforce planning and talent needs.
  • Manage high-volume and specialized recruitment mandates while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
  • Strengthen the employer brand through creative talent marketing and engagement strategies.
  • Analyze hiring data and trends to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and retention outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition functions in the UAE.
  • Strong expertise in the Real Estate or Property domain.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on knowledge of recruitment systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Depth in employer branding, market mapping, and leadership hiring.
