Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Travel: Seamlessly manage and organize the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, and global travel logistics.
- Executive Communication: Handle high-level professional correspondence, phone calls, and email filtering.
- Briefing & Documentation: Prepare executive presentations, detailed reports, and briefing documents for strategic meetings.
- Coordination: Manage agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions for board and management meetings.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive information with the maximum level of discretion and integrity.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven background as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at the C-suite level.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of a busy executive.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Location: Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
- Language: Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage.
