Retail Sales Associate (Abaya Fashion) – Abu Dhabi, UAE | Posh Abaya

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Client Styling: Assist customers with product selection and provide expert recommendations on Abaya styles and fabrics.
• Sales Performance: Proactively meet and exceed monthly sales targets while promoting current boutique offers.
• POS Operations: Process all sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store’s high standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
• Inventory Control: Participate in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and strictly follow SOP guidelines.
• Customer Insights: Relay customer feedback and specific product requests to management to improve the collection.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years in UAE Fashion/Clothing retail; specifically 2+ years in Abaya retail.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic (Mandatory); English proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Communication: Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional personality.
• Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, across different branches if required.
• Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate immediately.
