• Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial closures.
• Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions are conducted in accordance with RERA regulations and company standards.
