🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Architecture: Lead the development of the corporate strategy, annual business planning, and cross-functional performance management frameworks.
  • M&A and Investments: Proactively identify, evaluate, and execute end-to-end M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic regional partnerships.
  • Executive Advisory: Prepare sophisticated board-level presentations and data-driven insights to facilitate critical investment and divestment decisions.
  • Growth Strategy: Orchestrate market entry and expansion strategies across priority geographies within the GCC and wider region.
  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure business units are aligned with the group’s overarching strategic objectives.
  • Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing strategy team capable of delivering measurable financial and operational outcomes.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Significant years of progressive experience in corporate development, strategy consulting (Top-tier), or private equity.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; an MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence C-suite executives and Board Directors.
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of the regional investment landscape, regulatory environment, and emerging technology trends.
