Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Growth: Actively list and manage a diverse inventory of residential properties for sale and short-term holiday home rentals.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert market advice to international investors, focusing on ROI through the holiday home model.
- Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up on leads, conduct property viewings, and negotiate closing terms for sales and rental contracts.
- Networking: Build and sustain long-term relationships with property owners, developers, and holiday home guests.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest Dubai Land Department (DLD) and DET (Department of Economy and Tourism) regulations regarding holiday homes.
- Cross-Sector Synergy: Seamlessly switch between real estate sales and luxury hospitality management to maximize revenue per property.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience specifically within the Dubai real estate market.
- Linguistic Advantage: Fluency in Italian, Spanish, or French is highly preferred; English proficiency is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder in a relevant field.
- License: A valid UAE driving license is a major advantage for conducting viewings.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly client-focused with a strong interest in the hospitality sector.
- Legal: Understanding of DLD regulations and RERA certification is an advantage.
