Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Real Estate | Dubai, UAE | Gestprivilege Real Estate LLC

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Real Estate Licensing: Handle specialized documentation and approvals through Trakheesi, RERA, and the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
• Government Liaison: Manage all company transactions involving the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE), General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA), and Dubai Municipality.
• Visa Processing: Oversee the end-to-end process for employment visas, Emirates ID applications, medical screenings, and labor contracts for all staff.
• Compliance Management: Ensure company trade licenses and broker cards are renewed on time and stay in full compliance with evolving UAE real estate laws.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulously organized records of all official company stamps, certificates, and legal documents.
• Problem Solving: Resolve any regulatory issues or bottlenecks by liaising directly with government officials and representatives.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Proven UAE experience as a Public Relations Officer, specifically with exposure to the Real Estate sector.
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic are required for effective government interaction.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE Labor Laws, immigration procedures, and RERA/DLD portal operations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder; relevant certifications in UAE PRO services are a major advantage.
• Attributes: High level of dependability, ability to work independently, and exceptional time-management skills.
• Network: Established connections or familiarity with local government offices in Dubai.
