🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Listing Visuals: Design high-quality property listing graphics and interactive visuals for virtual tours and 360-degree property views.
• Social Media Design: Create engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to drive property inquiries.
• Print & Pitch Materials: Develop premium marketing brochures, flyers, and professional pitch decks for high-end luxury developments.
• Brand Stewardship: Design and maintain branding assets, ensuring strict visual consistency across all promotional channels.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to translate business objectives into effective visual storytelling.
• Asset Management: Organize and manage a library of high-resolution property photography and design files for rapid deployment.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing design and layout for luxury brands.
• Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with motion graphics is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Multimedia.
• Attributes: Creative mindset, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Local Presence: Must be available to work on-site in Abu Dhabi.
