Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from strategic sourcing and interviewing to successful onboarding.
- Labour Law Compliance: Ensure all company policies and employee contracts strictly adhere to the latest UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, performance management, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Operational HR: Oversee the maintenance of accurate employee records, digital documentation, and leave management systems.
- PRO & Payroll Liaison: Coordinate closely with PRO services for visa processing and support payroll administration for timely salary disbursements.
- Policy Development: Review and update HR manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect business growth and regulatory changes.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven professional experience in a dedicated HR role within the United Arab Emirates.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labour Law and regional HR best practices is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to manage HR responsibilities independently with minimal supervision.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: High proficiency in English; ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultural teams.
