Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- People Operations: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, interview scheduling, and seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulously organized personnel records and handle HR-related paperwork in compliance with company standards.
- Business Support: Manage diverse administrative and operational tasks to ensure internal business processes remain efficient and uninterrupted.
- Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare professional reports, maintain records, and create impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between different departments to facilitate clear internal communication.
- Task Ownership: Take full responsibility for assigned operational workflows, working independently to meet project deadlines.
🔹 Requirements:
- Location: Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential for data tracking and reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities with a high attention to detail.
- Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills suitable for a corporate environment.
- Experience Level: While relevant experience is a plus, fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
