Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Lead and enhance comprehensive HR operations across PAD and PMC, ensuring alignment with long-term community and healthcare objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to UAE Labour Laws, DHA/MOH medical regulations, and internal governance policies.
- Policy Architecture: Develop, implement, and review HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks for a diverse workforce.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including strategic recruitment, performance management, and professional development programs.
- Employee Relations: Act as a mediator for grievance resolution and disciplinary actions while fostering a culture of engagement and wellbeing.
- Business Partnering: Provide high-level HR advice to senior leadership regarding workforce planning and organizational culture development.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to the UAE market.
- Sector Knowledge: Prior experience in Healthcare (DHA/MOH compliance) or Non-Profit/Community sectors is a distinct advantage.
- Legal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with a high degree of integrity.
- Attributes: Proactive, strategic thinker capable of managing sensitive and confidential organizational matters.
