Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle HR: Oversee end-to-end functions including strategic recruitment, structured onboarding, performance evaluations, and exit interviews.
- Visa & PRO Management: Execute all UAE visa-related processes, including employment permits, medical tests, Emirates ID, and labor card renewals/cancellations.
- Payroll & Documentation: Process monthly payroll, prepare salary certificates, and issue official HR letters while maintaining audit-ready personnel files.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievance resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance & Governance: Monitor leave management and attendance systems ensuring strict adherence to the latest UAE Labour Law.
- Administrative Oversight: Support document control, internal communications, and office administration tasks to ensure smooth corporate operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven expertise in managing complete HR operations; prior experience in a Manufacturing environment is a significant advantage.
- Legal Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UAE Labour Law and government portal processes (MOHRE/ICP).
- Core Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage highly confidential data with professionalism.
- Interview Readiness: Only candidates currently available in the UAE for face-to-face interviews will be considered.
- Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in HRIS/ERP databases and MS Office (especially Excel for payroll reporting).
