Job Description:

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be well-versed in UAE government procedures and efficiently manage all liaison responsibilities. This role is critical for supporting ongoing Construction projects by ensuring all administrative and legal documentation is processed accurately and promptly.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all PRO-related activities, including visas, labor cards, Emirates ID processing, and trade license renewals.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with UAE government authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, and Municipalities.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and government processes.
• Support construction projects by securing necessary site approvals and regulatory permits.
• Coordinate effectively with government departments to resolve any administrative issues or queries.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 7+ years of relevant PRO experience specifically within the UAE construction industry.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Proven track record in handling complex government liaison tasks and documentation.
• Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of current UAE government systems and online portals.
