Job Description:
The Service Advisor will act as the primary link between customers and the workshop. This role involves professional customer handling, technical consultation, and coordinating with technicians to ensure high-quality automotive service delivery in Abu Dhabi.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers professionally and understand their specific vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare detailed job cards, service quotations, and accurate repair estimates.
- Act as the central point of contact between customers and workshop technicians.
- Monitor vehicle progress and provide timely updates to customers regarding their repairs.
- Ensure all vehicles are delivered on schedule while maintaining strict service standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the UAE as a Service Advisor.
- Strong technical understanding of automotive servicing, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume workshop environment.
- Relevant qualification such as a Bachelor’s Degree or technical Diploma.
