Job Description:

We are expanding our elite culinary team and are looking for skilled professionals to fill six key positions. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced fine dining environment alongside top-tier talent. Whether you specialize in the precision of Sushi, the art of Pastry, or the heat of the main kitchen, we are looking for individuals committed to excellence.

Available Positions:

  • 1 × Sushi Sous Chef
  • 2 × Sushi Commis
  • 1 × CDP (Chef de Partie) – Kitchen
  • 1 × CDP (Chef de Partie) – Pastry
  • 2 × Commis – Kitchen

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in accordance with CLAP’s recipes and standards.
  • Maintain the highest levels of kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider culinary team to ensure seamless service.
  • Support inventory control and manage station mise-en-place efficiently.
  • Uphold meticulous attention to detail regarding food presentation and plating.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional work culture in a high-pressure environment.

  • Proven relevant experience in the specific culinary role you are applying for.
  • Strong technical skills relevant to Japanese cuisine or high-end Hotel/Restaurant standards.
  • A professional attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Ability to handle flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience in fine dining or DIFC-based restaurants is a significant advantage.
