Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and well-organized Document Controller / Secretary to join our Dubai office. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity of our document management systems and providing high-level secretarial support to our management team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project and corporate records are meticulously tracked, filed, and archived, while also serving as a key point of coordination between various internal departments in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive document control systems, ensuring accurate filing, retrieval, and version tracking.
  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks and provide essential secretarial support to the management team.
  • Organize, update, and securely archive company records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Facilitate smooth internal communication and documentation flow between different departments.
  • Prepare detailed reports, professional correspondence, and official company documentation as required.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and proper handling of all sensitive and proprietary company information.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources department on administrative records and personnel-related documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in a similar document control or secretarial role.
  • Strong understanding of professional document management systems and administrative coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Preference will be given to female candidates as per the current team requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a corporate setting.
