Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Freelance Sales Executive to expand our B2B commercial footprints and client channels across the UAE. Operating as an independent field agent, this flexible, commission-based role focuses on acquiring new accounts, pitching specialized gas solutions, and tracking market opportunities under the group’s decentralized regional sales management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new commercial business accounts within the UAE industrial sector.
  • Promote specialized LPG and industrial gas solutions to corporate entities, factories, and commercial prospects.
  • Build, log, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new client networks and regular buyers.
  • Conduct regular physical market visits and field sweeps to generate fresh leads and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly performance goals and assigned contract volumes in an independent capacity.
  • Provide top-tier client onboarding support, handle professional pricing inquiries, and manage pipeline issues.
  • Track market feedback, observe regional competitor behaviors, and report insights back to leadership teams.

🔹 Requirements:

  • An accredited Bachelor’s degree is strictly mandatory for corporate candidate onboarding.
  • A valid, active UAE driving license is mandatory to support frequent field travel across targeted project zones.
  • 1 to 3 years of successful B2B or field sales experience inside the United Arab Emirates.
  • Strong verbal presentation, negotiation, and relationship tracking skills in professional corporate environments.
  • Ability to operate productively and independently under a commission-based or freelance contract layout.
  • Target-driven and proactive mindset with an excellent practical understanding of local market dynamics.
