Job Description:
We are executing an institutional clinical expansion across our rehabilitation units and are urgently seeking skilled, passionate allied health professionals to fill five specialized openings at our campuses in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. These roles involve guiding sub-acute therapeutic care, building individualized physiological paths, and managing functional recovery programs within a high-density clinical care landscape under our integrated medical operations management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-fidelity direct patient therapies, complex physical mobilization support, and specialized functional conditioning matched to specific clinical designations.
- Develop, review, and execute individualized rehabilitation care blueprints alongside medical specialists to drive functional recovery timelines.
- Work collaboratively with attending physicians, intensive nursing teams, and multi-disciplinary medical personnel to balance holistic healing sequences.
- Monitor patient physiological milestones closely, evaluate safety factors, and fine-tune active treatment matrices based on recovery tracking records.
- Enforce absolute compliance with centralized hospital treatment protocols, regional safety guidelines, and stringent clinical data standards.
- Support patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional self-reliance goals, offering compassionate motivation to optimize post-acute quality of life indices.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Diploma, or equivalent verified credentials in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Human Nutrition, Psychology, or related medical disciplines from an accredited healthcare institution.
- An active, valid, and transferable Department of Health (DOH), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), or Ministry of Health (MOH) medical license is strictly mandatory for onboarding.
- For Allied Health Tracks: Verified prior clinical background operating inside Long-Term Care (LTC), Intensive Care Units (ICU), or dedicated acute inpatient environments inside the United Arab Emirates.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of modern physical rehabilitation protocols, complex neurological recovery tracking, and international clinical documentation standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal coordination and active collaboration skills to perform accurately inside an active, multi-disciplinary clinical unit.
- Proven capacity to perform calmly under pressure, navigate complex patient cases, and adapt fluidly within a fast-moving, shift-based medical environment.
