Job Description:
We are executing a strategic academic appointment within our digital literacy department and are seeking a passionate, innovative STEM Trainer + ICT Teacher to shape technical competencies and drive hands-on learning across our student bodies in Dubai. Moving far beyond static textbook delivery, this full-time role focuses on implementing project-based learning modules, managing modern robotic/computing toolkits, and analyzing performance tracking metrics under our systematic educational management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-impact Information and Communications Technology (ICT) lessons fully aligned with CBSE or ICSE curriculum standards.
- Conduct interactive, project-based STEM training sessions focusing on coding basics, algorithmic thinking, and foundational mechanics.
- Simplify abstract engineering, computing hardware, and programming logic concepts into highly engaging, digestible lessons for young learners.
- Design and cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and high-energy classroom atmosphere that encourages proactive group cooperation.
- Manage classroom laboratories effectively, maintaining absolute equipment accountability, student safety, and positive behavioral standards.
- Assess student performance profiles, documenting progression metrics to build comprehensive academic evaluation trackers.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a highly relevant accredited computing discipline.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of successful, verified professional experience teaching ICT or leading robotics workshops, preferably within an Indian school framework.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency creating lesson schedules, grade curves, and class analytical sheets inside Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills paired with polished presentation capabilities and strong classroom control methods.
- Demonstrated capacity to structure student-centered learning guides and map real-world technological trends to elementary course goals.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Candidates currently residing inside the UAE on independent family or spouse sponsorship visas are highly preferred.
