Job Description:

We are executing a strategic operational appointment within our field services division and are seeking a proactive, people-oriented Site Supervisor to govern technical labor pipelines and direct facility maintenance pathways across multiple commercial zones in Dubai. Built for visionary operations supervisors who excel at coordinating mechanical field teams and building strong client relationships, this full-time role focuses on accelerating service ticket closure speeds, auditing property maintenance logs, and maximizing technical asset up-time under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage multi-disciplinary teams of MEP technicians across distinct commercial facility sites with high fidelity.
• Serve as the primary field-level point of contact for corporate clients and ensure rapid, accurate resolution of service demands.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through structured routine communication and organized quality follow-up programs.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate technician shift assignments, reactive task loads, and preventative routines efficiently.
• Conduct thorough site visits and routine quality inspections to ensure absolute compliance with service delivery standards.
• Address client complaints, emergency breakdown reports, and system modification requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor technical team performance benchmarks and deliver on-site technical guidance, skills coaching, and tools training.
• Foster a safe, positive, and productive work environment among active technical trades and subcontractor specialists.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and consolidated operational maintenance performance reports.
• Ensure all facility maintenance activities comply strictly with corporate safety procedures and federal municipal health regulations.
• Coordinate seamlessly with central procurement units to verify material availability, specialized tool inventories, and technical parts supply.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a closely matching accredited technical discipline.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful, verified experience operating in a supervisory role or technical coordinator position within a structured facility management framework.
• A valid United Arab Emirates Driving License is strictly mandatory to coordinate multi-site field assets across Dubai.
• Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying work-order registries, shift schedules, and parts tracking grids inside asset management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Deep, comprehensive technical knowledge across the following functional sectors:
  • Facility management operations, MEP systems maintenance, and standard building services procedures.
  • Workforce planning models, task distribution, team supervision, and performance tracking.
  • Client relationship management, SLA parameters, and customer satisfaction tracking practices.
  • Health, safety, environment (HSE) protocols, risk checks, and local regulatory compliance codes.
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication habits paired with highly polished interpersonal traits and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated capability to anticipate project bottlenecks and execute proactive field solutions independently under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior hands-on supervisory or engineering coordination experience within the competitive UAE facility management market will be treated as an elite operational asset.
• Conversational verbal communication fluency in the Arabic language is considered an advantage to facilitate diverse local stakeholder lines.
