Job Description:
We are executing a strategic senior appointment within our assurance division and are seeking a qualified, highly technical Audit Supervisor to govern field engagement pipelines and direct corporate risk mitigation pathways in Dubai. Built for visionary Chartered Accountants who excel at evaluating complex ledger files and advising corporate boards on fiscal health, this full-time role focuses on accelerating audit delivery cycle speeds, auditing regulatory verification logs, and maximizing administrative precision under our integrated operational management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and execute complex financial audit and risk-based assurance engagements across multi-tiered client structures with high fidelity.
- Ensure absolute operational compliance with applicable international auditing benchmarks, core accounting principles, and statutory regulatory decrees.
- Review detailed audit working papers, multi-currency financial statements, and supporting administrative documentation trails.
- Lead assigned field audit teams and provide structured technical guidance, curriculum training, and ongoing performance support.
- Manage high-profile client relationships and operate as the primary operational point of contact during active corporate engagements.
- Identify structural audit anomalies, isolate internal control deficiencies, and provide practical recommendations for business improvement.
- Support corporate clients with federal regulatory compliance, corporate tax calculations, and external financial reporting matters.
- Coordinate complex engagement schedules, track resource allocation logs, and guarantee timely completion of corporate assignments.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, outline final balance sheets, and present technical findings clearly to executive stakeholders.
🔹 Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant credential issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- A minimum of 4 years of successful, verified post-qualification experience operating inside an audit, assurance, or financial advisory firm environment.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying audit software models, risk matrices, and balance sheets inside enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep, comprehensive technical knowledge across the following statutory frameworks:
- International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- UAE VAT Regulations, input credit compliance, and local tax filing portals.
- UAE Corporate Tax legislation and related corporate reporting obligations.
- Financial risk assessment methodologies, internal control testing, and data analysis practices.
- Outstanding team management capabilities, strong interpersonal communication habits, and a verified capacity to guide junior staff under tough reporting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills paired with sharp problem-solving capabilities and strict attention to numerical details.
